PitchName
Find end-user buyers for your domains
Illustration with real results from a search for miamiroofing.com.
Built for people who sell domains to the businesses that use them
Features
Everything between a name and a sale
Most domains sell to end users, but finding them by hand takes hours per name. PitchName does the research, so you spend your time pitching.
A buyer score on every business
Each business gets a 0 to 100 score and the reason behind it. No website, a parked site or the .net of your name rank first. Wrong business types drop to the bottom.

Reads your domain
miamiroofing.com becomes “roofing contractor in Miami”. About 300 cities and 300 business types built in, and any other city works if you type it.

Emails and socials
Visits each business website and its contact page for public emails, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Spots parked and for-sale sites too.
Pitches that get replies
One click writes a personal email or text. The first line changes with each buyer: no website, parked site, a weak domain. Send through Gmail, your mail app or SMS.
A pipeline for every name
Mark buyers Contacted, Replied, Negotiating or Sold. Notes and follow-up dates on each one, with overdue follow-ups flagged.
Domain availability checker
Checks your name on .net, .org, .us and a dozen related names (best-, -pros, plural, swapped words) against the official registries. Register the free ones before someone else does.
Trademark warning before you pitch
Pitching a domain that contains a brand to that brand, or its competitors, can cost you the name in a UDRP dispute. PitchName flags famous trademarks the moment you type the domain.
Every search saved, exported and backed up
Each search is kept in History with its buyers, statuses and notes. Export to CSV that opens straight in Excel or Google Sheets, and save a backup file whenever you like.

FAQ
Questions, answered
You type a domain you own, for example miamiroofing.com. PitchName works out the business type and city, collects the matching local businesses from Google Maps, and scores each one from 0 to 100 on how likely it is to buy your domain. Then it helps you find their emails, write the pitch and track every conversation.
Yes. The free plan gives you 20 businesses per search and 50 per day, with the buyer score, pitch templates, pipeline, domain checker and CSV export. Lifetime is a one-time payment that raises the limits to 500 per search and 2,000 per day and adds the email and social finder.
Businesses with no website, a parked site, a free website builder or the .net version of your name score highest, because they gain the most from your domain. Long, hyphenated or keyword domains come next. Businesses that already own a strong brand domain, or are a different type of business, score lowest.
From the public business listings Google Maps shows in your own browser, plus the public contact pages of each business website when you use the email finder. PitchName does not buy or resell lists.
PitchName works at a human pace in your own browser, with uneven timing and short breaks. If Google ever asks for a check, the search pauses and continues when you have solved it. Stay signed in to Google: signed-out Maps only shows one result.
Contacting businesses about a domain is common practice, but you are responsible for following the anti-spam rules that apply to you, such as CAN-SPAM in the US or GDPR in Europe. Every template includes an opt-out line, and PitchName warns you when a domain contains a trademark, so you do not risk a UDRP dispute.
Your key arrives by email right after checkout, including for the free plan. Open PitchName, paste the key and click Activate.
A Lifetime key works on up to 2 browsers at once. To move it, deactivate it in the Account screen on the old browser, then activate it on the new one. Your searches move with a backup file.
Go to app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders and enter the email you paid with. You will get a link to all your orders and keys.
No. Your searches, buyers, notes and templates are stored only in your browser. You can save them to a backup file at any time.
